Stainless Steel Low Profile M2.5 x 4mm screw to secure the sensor in the milled pocket of the saddle.
Connector and Connector Shims
M5 Connector assembly
2 x 0.1mm, 0.2mm and 0.3mm Stainless Steel Shim Washers
The connector assembly connects the Sensor PCB to the Cable Connector, with a Flat Flexible Cable custom designed for this application.
Protective Cover Tape
This Brass self adhesive tape is designed to cover over the top of the Sensor PCB to provide a waterproof and robust seal.
5mm Dowel Pin
5mm hardened and ground steel dowel pin.
Used when milling the saddle and cross slide, it is pressed against the lathe dovetailed ways to provide an accurate datum.
Magnetic Scale
The Magnetic Scale is accurately magnetically coded for the sensor to read. Its covered in a protective brass strip, and is self adhesive with 3M VHB tape on the reverse.
Cable Assembly
The cable assembly is 1.5m long.
Electrically shielded to ensure signal integrity
Automatically resetting fuse at the head unit end, to prevent a snagged cable from causing damage to head unit or sensor.
